Aaron Lake retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of service in the cyber career field. Through the course of his career, he led hundreds of Airmen in securing, defending, and operating military communication networks around the globe. He held various technical roles in network engineering and cybersecurity with two tours as a squadron commander. 

Aaron holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS in IT Management. Additionally, he holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. 

Aaron, his wife, Amy, their two children, and their Labrador Retriever returned to Pike Road, Alabama after Aaron’s Air Force retirement to plant their roots, reconnect with friends, and enjoy some southern charm.
