A retired Air Force Master Sergeant, Dave has an extensive background in organizational leadership, process and policy over the past 23 years throughout the United States and abroad with our NATO partners. As a former superintendent, MAJCOM process author and NATO technical advisor, he has overseen creation of enterprise wide solutions for software and system development, C2 battle systems and HR management. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, in Computer Programming from Southwestern College, Winfield, Kansas. As Heptagon’s Chief Operating Officer, he leverages his broad management and leadership experience along with his technical background to build cohesive teams and comprehensive corporate solutions while developing employees. 

Dave and his wife, Emily, reside in Wetumpka, Alabama and enjoy sharing their lives with their 4 children. Collectively, they play multiple sports, travel extensively, and are involved in church and continue developing as a family.
