Rich is an Air Force veteran with more than 25 years practical, hands-on experience in the Information Technology field, with an emphasis on network and system configuration, integration, testing and troubleshooting. He holds a B.S. in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland (2003) and maintains a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2010. 

Rich is originally from Warwick, Rhode Island, and currently lives in Wetumpka, Alabama, with his wife of 20 years and two children. Rich is an instructor in the Cyber Patriot Program that mentors middle and high school students in cyber security, as well as a youth soccer coach, and Vice President of the High School Soccer Booster Club.
