A retired United States Air Force (USAF) Colonel, Eric has 36+ years of experience in leadership and management, cyberspace operations and security, Information Technology (IT), and strategic planning within and supporting the US military. He is a seasoned leader with successes building/leading highly productive teams, strategic planning, financial resource planning/management, problem identification/resolution, and change management. His military career included command positions at the Group and Squadron level along with leadership positions within the Department of Defense (DoD), Joint Staff, USAF, and Intelligence Community. Eric holds a Master of Strategic Studies in International Studies/Warfighting Operations from Air University, Montgomery, Alabama, a Master of Arts in Management from Incarnate Word College, San Antonio, Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Management Systems from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan. As the Chief Growth Officer, Eric uses his experience and technical background to provide leadership and grow Heptagon IT’s business.
